Building Features
The Land Park Professional Building is located at 3067 Freeport Boulevard, not far from mid-town and down-town
Sacramento. This fully remodeled two-story building houses 12 private offices, two shared waiting areas, kitchens, a
fax room and copy machine. Janitorial services and utilities are included, as well as free parking for tenants.
Decorated by building owners, Sandra Howarth and Anne Cowden, tenants have described the building as artistic and beautiful.
Lease Requirements
We require a deposit and first month's rent. Cash or Check is accepted. You will also be asked to provide
copies of your professional license as well as your liability insurance verification and/or renter's insurance.

You will find the culture at the Land Park Professional Building to be friendly and considerate.
All offices have excellent sound proofing, as this building was remodeled with the needs of psychotherapists in mind.
The building has a low traffic flow due to tenants' varied day and evening work schedules. We take pride
in providing a safely lit building exterior and parking area for our tenants, as well as a key pad entry to our handicap
accessable ground floor.
