Notes:

1. All tenants sign leases. Leases for Part-Time and Hourly tenants are Month-to-Month. Notice regarding next month must be given by the 25^th of the month. Rent is due by the 5^th of the month and incurs a late fee of 5% on the 6^th and 10% on the 11^th of the month.
2. Part-Time and Hourly tenants keep track of their own schedules via sign up folder on office door. No one is available to take calls regarding office availability.
3. If you are a Part-Time tenant and need to shift to a different time for reasons of illness or holiday, you must pay the hourly or block rate, whichever is less, and use the scheduling system in place.
4. Morning blocks are anything in the A.M. before Noon. Afternoon blocks are anything in the P.M. before 5 P.M. Anything in the P.M. after 5 P.M. is considered evening. Offices need to be available for the next tenant exactly at the hour scheduled.
